Join Team Daytrip as
Brand Director
Full-time | Hybrid (Prague)
Daytrip is rebuilding its brand. Our marketing team has spent the past months working with an agency on a new identity: a simpler logo, a new palette, a sharper story about what we stand for, and a tone of voice for every audience we speak to. Now we need someone to own it, make it real across every touchpoint, and build the team that keeps it sharp.
As Brand Director, you will own the Daytrip brand across B2C and B2B, working closely with our Director B2B Marketing. One brand, with the right expression for travelers and for our travel partners, rather than separate identities that drift apart.
You will lead our creative team, covering graphic design, copywriting, AI video and content, and run it as one creative engine for the whole company. You will work hand in hand with our Director B2B Marketing, who owns B2B go-to-market and partner campaigns, so that everything we put in front of partners carries the same brand and quality as our consumer work.
What you will do 💻
Brand strategy and positioning: Daytrip's single brand and how it flexes for each audience, from traveler to travel agent to driver, without splitting into separate identities
The brand rollout: lead the staged rollout of our new identity across website, app, email, ads, partner materials and driver communication, together with Product and Design
The brand book: own it as a living, AI-ready system covering logo use, visual rules, tone of voice, templates and real examples, and be the final call on what is on brand
The creative team: lead and develop our graphic designers, copywriters, AI video creator and content team. Set the bar, coach people to own a brief from idea to shipped asset, and shape the team as needs change
Creative production at scale: run our AI creative studio and workflows so the team ships more variants, faster, with human review where the work is complex or high-stakes
Brand across B2B: build a shared creative plan with the Director B2B Marketing, so sales collateral, partner campaigns, the travel agent portal and partner events get planned creative capacity instead of ad hoc requests
Campaigns and storytelling: shape the creative concept behind major campaigns and seasonal peaks, working with performance, lifecycle, SEO, social and PR
Measurement: connect brand work to business results, including creative performance in paid channels, branded search, organic and AI discoverability, and consistency across touchpoints
To excel in this role 🔥
7+ years in brand, creative or marketing, including at least 3 years leading a multidisciplinary creative team across design, copy, video and content
You have led a rebrand or major brand rollout end to end, including the less glamorous part of making it stick across product and channels
Experience building brand for both consumer and business audiences, ideally in a marketplace or platform business
Strong creative judgment, and the ability to explain it: your feedback is grounded in goals and evidence, not taste
Hands-on experience with AI tools for image, video and copy production, and real curiosity about how far they can go
Comfort with performance data: you can tell a strong ad creative from the numbers, not only from the look
Excellent written English. You can write a brief, a headline and a brand book page yourself
A builder's mindset: you set the direction and still get your hands dirty when the team needs it
Based in Prague, Czech Republic, or ready to relocate, for a hybrid setup

Experience in travel, hospitality or mobility
