What the job entails 💻

  • Responding to Frequently Asked Questions from both new and existing customers, ensuring clarity and helpfulness in every interaction.

  • Addressing negative feedback and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding solutions for both individual travelers and Travel Agents.

  • Working a flexible, rotating schedule from May 1 to October 31 (we operate 24/7 - schedule varies by season).

You’ll be responding to a mix of individual travelers and travel agents, addressing a variety of inquiries and resolving complaints. A calm, empathetic approach and strong problem-solving skills are essential to ensure every customer feels heard and valued, especially during our busiest season.

What we are seeking 🔥

  • Full English proficiency (C1 - C2 level).

  • Optimistic individuals with a built-in can-do attitude and a desire to grow professionally.

  • People who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong attention to detail.

  • Clear, effective written communicators - especially via email when addressing sensitive or negative feedback.

  • Team players who collaborate well in a highly motivated international team, but also work independently.

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems (Slack, ticketing platforms, booking software, etc.).

  • Bonus: experience in hospitality or tourism - though not required.
