Senior Partnerships Manager
Prague, Czechia
We are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to drive B2B growth by building and owning strategic partnerships globally. You will own your pipeline, identify and close new partnership opportunities, and build lasting partnerships with travel companies globally. This role requires significant travel, approximately 50% of your time, to meet partners, attend industry events, and develop relationships on the ground.
What You Will Do 💻
Identify, approach, and close partnerships with travel companies globally (Host Agencies/Consortia, OTA's, B2B travel tech platforms, Travel Aggregators, etc)
Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
Develop market entry strategies for new geographies and segments
Represent Daytrip at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences
Report to Chief Commercial Officer, work closely with the Key Account Manager, Marketing, Product, and Operations on partner-facing initiatives
Build lasting relationships with key accounts and grow them over time
What We Are Looking For 🔥
5+ years of B2B sales or partnership experience with a track record of closing complex deals
Travel industry knowledge is a strong advantage (OTAs, agencies, or hotel distribution)
Strategic and commercial thinking, you can find the opportunity, build a business case, and execute
Strong communication skills across cultures; experienced in dealing with senior decision-makers
Data-literate: understands commercial metrics such as GMV and KPIs, works comfortably with analysts, dashboards, and AI tools to pull insight that is not sitting in a report (Claude and Data Studio a plus)
Self-directed and accountable, you manage your own pipeline and own your results
Excellent English; additional languages are a bonus
Comfortable with frequent international travel, this role is approximately 50% on the road
