As the Marketing team evolves, so does the need for someone who can take data and turn it into insights. This is not a reporting role. You will work directly with Marketing team members across B2C and B2B, understand what they are trying to achieve, and make sure the right questions are being asked before the right answers are found. You will own your analysis end-to-end and enable the people around you to do the same.

What You’ll Do 🤖

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give the Marketing team a clear, shared view of performance across B2C and B2B channels

  • Run deep-dive analyses on channel performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and LTV. Go beyond describing what happened to understanding why, how different signals correlate, and what that means for revenue

  • Build forecasting models for Marketing: revenue projections, channel spend scenarios, seasonal demand patterns, and pipeline modelling for B2B. Work closely with Finance to make sure Marketing numbers are aligned and tell a consistent story

  • Enable Marketing team members to work more independently with data over time. That means building shared resources, creating visibility into how the numbers work, and being a genuine thought partner to people across the team regardless of their data background.

  • Partner with campaign owners to measure the impact of initiatives, design measurement frameworks, and support post-campaign analysis

  • Work closely with our Data Engineering team, leaning on their infrastructure and collaborating to make sure the data powering your analysis is built the right way

  • Flag what matters early. If something looks off, a trend is emerging, or an insight has implications for how we are spending, you raise it without waiting to be asked

To excel in this role, you should have 🚀

  • 5-6 years of experience in data analytics, with a meaningful portion of that working alongside or embedded in a Marketing or Growth function. You understand what CAC, LTV, lead-to-customer conversion, and attribution mean in practice, and you think naturally about how marketing actions connect to revenue.

  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery are required. You are comfortable getting into raw data, building reusable models, and working confidently with large datasets. Proficiency in Looker or a comparable BI tool and Google Analytics are also expected, as both are central to how this team works day to day.

  • You are curious about causality, not just correlation. You ask why numbers move, not just what moved, and you can explain that clearly to people who did not run the analysis.

  • You are patient and collaborative. You know how to get to the real question underneath the one being asked, and you push back constructively when analysis is being misread or oversimplified.

  • You take ownership. You do not need tight direction to make progress, and when you see something the business should know, you say so.

  • You are comfortable working across both consumer and B2B marketing contexts and understand how differently those funnels behave.

Bonus if you have✨

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, or comparable event-based analytics platforms. Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or Microsoft Ads and an understanding of their reporting models.

  • Basic Python for automation, modeling, or ad hoc analysis.

  • Experience with forecasting or statistical modeling in a marketing context.

  • Exposure to a scale-up or startup environment where data infrastructure is still maturing.
