What the job entails 💻

  • Creating custom quotes and changing orders with accuracy and care.

  • Investigating and troubleshooting a variety of user inquiries - from FAQs, UX, and payment hurdles to technical bugs - providing clear guidance to customers or documenting detailed bug reports for our Product team.

  • Working a flexible, rotating schedule from May 1 to September 31 (we operate 24/7 - scheduling varies by season).

You’ll be addressing a mix of individual travelers and travel agents, some of whom rely on us to manage their bookings manually. A detail-oriented approach and clear communication are key to helping everything run smoothly during our busiest season.

What we’re looking for 🔥

  • Full English proficiency (C1 - C2 level).

  • Optimistic individuals with a built-in can-do attitude and a desire to grow professionally.

  • People who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong attention to detail.

  • Clear, effective written communicators - especially via email with clients.

  • Team players who collaborate well in a highly motivated international team, but also work independently.

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems (Slack, ticketing platforms, booking software, etc.).

  • Bonus: experience in hospitality, tourism, or logistics - though not required.
