Director B2B Marketing

Daytrip is looking for a unique mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in our next Director B2B Marketing. You’ll lead our existing B2B partnership marketing team and own the go-to-market strategy for one of our evolving B2B product offerings, tailored to a specific niche audience.

Working closely with a product manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll connect messaging, brand, and execution to help us bring this product to market in a meaningful way. You’ll report to our Head of Business Development & Partnerships and be part of the broader B2B team shaping the next chapter of Daytrip’s growth.

What You’ll Do 🤖

  • Lead and grow our B2B marketing and partnerships team, aligning strategy and execution with business priorities

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for one of Daytrip’s evolving B2B product offerings — from positioning and messaging to performance tracking

  • Develop and manage the sub-brand identity in collaboration with an external agency and internal support

  • Brief and corporate with internal and external content creators to deliver campaign assets

  • Coordinate with product (PM, Designer, Tech Lead) to align messaging with feature launches and customer experience

  • Collaborate across teams including SEO, paid marketing, PR, social media, marketing automation, and sales to ensure consistent and impactful communication

  • Commission and manage agencies for projects that cannot be executed in-house

  • Define and manage the marketing budget for this offering, ensuring effectiveness and return on investment

  • Monitor performance and impact, delivering regular reporting on KPIs, engagement, and partner growth

  • Foster strong internal relationships across growth, product, and B2B to keep momentum high and execution sharp

To excel in this role, you should have 🚀

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B or product marketing, with proven ownership of cross-functional projects

  • A track record of leading brand and campaign development from idea to execution

  • Experience in building and scaling sub-brands or new product narratives

  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills — you know how to build alignment and move things forward

  • Experience working closely with product, design, sales, and performance marketing teams

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret performance data to guide decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • A hands-on mindset — you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves while keeping the bigger picture in view

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO or PPC platforms
