Join Team Daytrip as
Key Account Manager - Europe
We're looking for a Key Account Manager to own the day-to-day relationship and growth of a portfolio of Daytrip's largest fleet owners.
You'll own the journey after the contract is signed, making sure fleets are activated, delivering reliably, and growing their rides with Daytrip, while working closely with Supply Acquisition, Driver & Customer Operations, and our Revenue Manager.
This is a hands-on, commercially minded role for someone who turns fleet relationships into reliable capacity at the right cost, and wants to build their career with one of the world's most trusted travel tech brands.
What you will do 💻
Own a portfolio of large fleet owners across the full journey after signing: activation, performance, and growth
Become the go-to contact your fleet owners trust
Run monthly and quarterly business reviews: go through acceptance, issue rates, cancellations, and guest feedback, the positive and the negative, and make sure fleets know how to work with Daytrip properly
Grow every fleet you manage: find idle cars, drivers, and routes, and get that capacity onto Daytrip rides
Monitor fleet performance, react early when numbers dip, and act when a fleet does not improve
Negotiate as volume grows: when a fleet gets more rides from us, renegotiate rates so growth makes the account more profitable, not just bigger
Turn relationships into reliable capacity at the right cost, not just goodwill
Collaborate with Supply Acquisition, Operations, and Revenue Manager to improve how fleets work with Daytrip
Bring fleet insights back into the business to shape product, pricing, and service improvements
Build the fleet account management playbook as the team and fleet network scale
Use data and AI tools to spot patterns across your portfolio, surface fleet opportunities, and move faster on decisions
What we are looking for 🔥
3+ years in key account management, supplier management, or partner success; this is not a junior hire
Experience in ground transportation, mobility, logistics, or travel, ideally on the supply or commercial side rather than customer support
International exposure: studied or worked abroad and comfortable operating across cultures
Understands (or can quickly learn) how fleet owners run their business: driver costs, vehicle utilization, and what makes a fleet profitable
A commercial mindset: weighs cost against return, negotiates with confidence, and grows accounts while protecting margin
Data-literate: understands supply metrics such as acceptance rate, issue rate, and utilization, works comfortably with analysts, dashboards, and AI tools to pull insight that is not sitting in a report (Claude and Data Studio a plus)
Strong, confident communicator in English, near-native written and spoken; Italian required, German or Spanish a strong plus
Self-directed and courageous: takes initiative, owns outcomes, and is willing to try, learn, and adjust
Willingness to travel for fleet meetings (up to 30%)
Why join Daytrip 😎
Grow fast and smart: this role carries genuine room to grow in ownership
Work cross-functionally with great people: you'll be part of a team that values clarity, ownership, and follow-through
Flexible remote setup: based anywhere in Europe, with permanent employment available if you relocate to Prague
Trust and Support: Experience a supportive work environment where learning and growth are encouraged. Benefit from the collective knowledge and guidance of the team.
