SEO Link Building Specialist
We need a skilled Link Builder who will own and execute link acquisition strategies to improve our search rankings and brand visibility. You’ll be responsible for finding new backlink opportunities, monitoring our link profile, managing outreach efforts, and experimenting with both conventional and creative link-building tactics. Since we lack in-house experience in this area, we need someone who not only executes but also advises on best practices and strategy.

What can you expect in this role 👩🏻💻👨🏻💻
Develop and execute scalable link-building strategies tailored to the travel industry.
Identify new backlink opportunities, including guest posts, partnerships, content collaborations, and unique campaigns.
Conduct outreach to website owners, bloggers, journalists, and travel industry players to secure high-quality backlinks.
Monitor new, lost, and potentially harmful backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile.
Research competitor link profiles and industry trends to uncover new acquisition tactics.
Utilize SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, etc.) to track link performance and report on progress.
Work within a set budget, ensuring maximum ROI from link-building efforts.
Experiment with non-traditional link-building methods (digital PR, content syndication, partnerships, etc.).
Collaborate with content and PR teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
Support the Head of SEO Dmytro in various tasks, such as conducting competitor and keyword research to inform SEO strategies; assisting with technical SEO audits and on-page optimizations; helping analyze SEO performance metrics and preparing reports; contributing ideas for content strategy and SERP enhancements.

To excel in this role, you’ll need 🔥
Proven experience in link building and outreach for SEO (preferably in travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce).
Strong understanding of search engine ranking factors and best practices for off-page SEO.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Majestic, Google Search Console, and others.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for outreach and negotiations.
Experience managing outreach campaigns, including crafting compelling email pitches.
A creative and strategic approach to acquiring high-quality links.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects.
Previous travel industry experience is a big plus, as understanding the market will help identify strong linking opportunities.
