Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager, ideally with experience in travel industry, to help grow our B2B business and expand our reach by building strategic partnerships with important global players 🚙 🌍

To excel in the role, you need🔥

  • Strong sales skills, from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals. You’re target-driven and have relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Strategic thinking & you spot growth opportunities and know how to turn them into action.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and create lasting relationships.

  • You’re resilient and don’t give up easily, business development has its ups and downs, so a positive mindset and ability to bounce back are key.

  • It’s essential that you are self-motivated and independent. You take ownership, manage your time well, and don’t need hand-holding.

  • Flexibility & you thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and handle shifting priorities with a proactive attitude.

  • You'll collaborate closely with Alexandra Mamrillova, our Head of Partnerships & BD, and other teams across the company. You’re open, collaborative, and not afraid to share your ideas.

  • A background in international sales & experience in the travel industry are preferred.

  • Fluency in English and being an active driver are must-haves ✅

  • Create and execute sales and business development strategies.
