Daytrip is searching for a Product Manager who will champion the end-to-end customer experience from their very first interaction (through organic or paid channels) to post-trip engagement, loyalty, and referrals. What You'll Do 🚀
Own the Entire Customer Journey: From initial discovery through booking, travel experience, post-ride feedback, and beyond—develop strategies that enhance satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, and UX/UI teams, turning insights into impactful features and improvements aligned with company OKRs.
Drive Discovery: Proactively engage internal stakeholders, define clear user stories, and coordinate with technical teams to implement impactful solutions.
Strategic Vision & Execution: Shape and execute customer-centric strategies, define measurable goals, and continually evaluate product performance using robust data analysis.
Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer behavior, expectations, and feedback to prioritize impactful improvements and innovations.

To excel in the role, you need 🔥
Proven experience in product management at a high-growth startup or scale-up, focusing heavily on customer experience, retention, and loyalty.
A strategic thinker who can balance immediate customer needs with long-term business goals.
Strong analytical skills, experience with such tools as Google Analytics, Amplitude.
SQL, NoSQL experience for getting data is a strong plus.
