We’re now entering the next stage of growth and we’re looking for a marketing leader to help shape it.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a senior marketing leader who combines strategic direction with hands-on execution. Someone who is comfortable working with data, brings a strong understanding of the full marketing landscape, and knows how to lead domain experts with clarity and structure to drive real business results.

This role unifies B2B and B2C marketing, with direct ownership of B2C revenue outcomes and clear accountability for B2B marketing performance and pipeline contribution, in partnership with the CCO.

What you’ll work on

In this role, you’ll bring B2C and B2B marketing together into one clear, compelling story and growth engine. You’ll shape how we speak to our audiences, how we acquire customers and partners across channels, and how marketing shows up at every stage of the journey.

You’ll have real ownership, real influence, and be measured on clarity, prioritization, and results.

Strategy, ownership & unification

  • Own the marketing strategy across B2C and B2B

  • Build one coherent marketing acquisition and demand generation framework across both revenue streams

  • Be directly accountable for B2C growth and performance

  • Support B2B growth through close alignment with our Chief Commercial Officer

  • Allocate marketing resources across B2C and B2B based on impact, efficiency, and clear prioritisation, with a strong focus on what actually drives results

Brand, website & messaging

  • Own the website and app as core growth and storytelling platforms

  • Define structure, positioning, and conversion logic

  • Set a clear messaging architecture for different audiences

  • Own brand direction and consistency across all channels, including visual identity, tone of voice, and key messaging

  • Ensure B2C and B2B messaging is distinct where needed, but clearly part of one brand

Acquisition & growth

  • Lead a unified acquisition strategy across:

    • Performance advertising

    • SEO/GEO and organic discovery

    • Social and influencer marketing

    • Content, partnerships and Sales-led industry events

  • Build marketing acquisition efforts across B2C and B2B around clear priorities, ongoing experimentation, and informed decisions about where to invest and where to pull back

Product collaboration & GTM

  • Work closely with Product on launches, positioning, pricing, segmentation, and adoption

  • Help ensure we build products we can clearly and effectively bring to market, and that deliver real customer value

  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling stories for customers and partners

Customer journey & lifecycle

  • Own the end-to-end, marketing-led customer journey across B2C and B2B

  • Strengthen acquisition, conversion, upsell, and retention loops

  • Commission the design and execution of automated communication flows that add value

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints

Measurement, budget & leadership

  • Define and actively use clear KPIs across B2C and B2B, and set and drive Marketing OKRs aligned with company priorities

  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget with strong ROI discipline

  • Use AI and automation to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of marketing execution across acquisition, lifecycle, and experimentation, while maintaining clear standards for brand, accuracy, and trust

  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, including building strong functional leads across key areas (e.g. Performance, Product Marketing, Brand/Creative, CRM, Analytics)

  • Set clear operating rhythms, expectations, and feedback loops

  • Raise standards while creating an environment where specialists can do their best work

  • Regularly review performance: What worked, what didn’t, and what needs to change

  • A clear, repeatable go-to-market model that aligns Marketing, Commercial, and Product around shared priorities, messaging, and execution

  • Predictable and efficient customer acquisition costs, with clear visibility into channel performance

  • Strong product marketing discipline across positioning, launches, and segmentation

  • A premium, consistent brand presence across markets and touchpoints

  • Stronger conversion and pipeline contribution, including measurable impact on partner and advisor growth

  • A marketing team that continues to raise the bar on clarity, professionalism, and consistency

  • A track record of owning marketing end-to-end, with responsibility for real outcomes across brand and growth

  • Strong product and growth instincts, including clear positioning, effective launches, and data-informed decisions

  • A commercial, analytical mindset, comfortable with experimentation, attribution, cost efficiency, and making trade-offs

  • A strong understanding of the distinct needs, motivations, and buying journeys of B2C customers and B2B partners

  • A strong international perspective, ideally shaped by work in travel, mobility, or marketplace contexts, including partner-led or B2B2C models and English-speaking markets

  • Senior, hands-on leadership, able to set direction, work closely with specialists, and step in when needed
