Lifecycle Marketing Manager
(CRM & Automation)

At Daytrip, we’re redefining how people travel between cities and meaningful, timely communication with our customers plays a huge role in that journey. We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM & Automation) who will own automated lifecycle communication across channels and drive customers from first touch to repeat booking.

You'll build smart communication flows, push the boundaries of automation, and make Daytrip top-of-mind throughout the customer journey.

What you’ll do 🧠⚙️

  • Own the automated communication with customers end-to-end across multiple channels (mailing, app push, web push)

  • Set up the logic of automated communication flows and their content to nurture leads into converting customers

  • Keep the conversation with the customers to ensure constant brand visibility and encourage them to come back

  • Segment and personalize communications using behavioral and demographic data to deliver relevant, timely, and effective messages.

  • Cooperate with product team as subject matter expert to develop new touchpoints with customers

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each communication flow (open rates, CTRs, conversions, retention, etc.) and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Monitor and optimize existing communication flows to improve their performance across the whole funnel (awareness → activation → conversion → retention)

  • Use GenAI tools to create content for messages with a support of graphic designer and copywriter

To excel in the role, you need 🔥

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or customer lifecycle management

  • Growth-focused mindset: You think in funnels, test messaging, monitor results, and adapt quickly

  • Comfortable with marketing tech and automation tools (Web Push tools, App Push, Emailing), including CRMs (Klaviyo a plus)

  • Fluency in using GenAI (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for content creation

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English, ensuring consistent tone and brand voice across channels

  • Experience in content performance tracking, A/B testing, and analytics to evaluate success
