What we are looking for 👀
We’re looking for a Sr. Partner Success Manager to drive performance and revenue growth across Daytrip’s global B2B partner network.
You’ll take ownership of the post-sale journey, ensuring partners are activated, engaged, and scaling their business with Daytrip while working closely with our Business Development team, marketing and operations.
This is a high-impact, commercially minded role for someone who thrives on turning partnerships into measurable results and wants to shape the future of travel with one of the world’s most trusted traveltech brands.
What you’ll do 🧠⚙️
Own and execute the partner success strategy to drive retention and revenue growth
Build trust and engagement with key partners through proactive, data-driven collaboration
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and turn relationships into measurable results
Ensure partners are well supported, informed, and confident using Daytrip
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to elevate partner experience
Bring partner insights into the business to help shape future improvements
Contribute to developing scalable best practices and, over time, lead the expansion of the Partner Success team
What You Bring 🔥
Proven experience in key account management or partner success, ideally in travel or a B2B services environment
Strong commercial mindset and focus on growth and value creation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Highly organized, proactive, and accountable in a fast-moving environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings or industry events
